Dr. Neera Shukla is Associate Professor and Head of the Department of Law at Technocrats Institute of Law, Bhopal. She holds an LL.B., an LL.M. in Human Rights, and a Ph.D. in Cyber Law from Barkatullah University. With 15 years of academic experience, her areas of expertise include human rights, cyber law, and contemporary legal issues.

Mr. Ayush Jaiswal

Ayush Jaiswal is an Assistant Professor at the National Law Institute University, Bhopal. He holds a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) and an LL.M. in Constitutional Law from NLU Vizag, and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. at NLIU, Bhopal. An ICSSR Doctoral Fellow, he has authored over 20 research papers, several edited volumes, and one authored book. His areas of interest include constitutional law, legal education, and interdisciplinary legal research.

(Hons.) from DSNLU Visakhapatnam and an LL.M. in Constitution and Administrative Law from NLIU Bhopal. He has published in reputed journals and presented at national and international conferences, with research interests in constitutional and administrative law.
